Underrated Ideas (Coming Soon!)
Considering All Voices in Environmental Security
What is environmental security?
How should we get there?
Who gets to decide?
Historically, these questions have been shaped by sectors like academia, industry, media, politics, and economics. In collaboration with our friends at Underrated Individuals, we want to examine stories that are (re)shaping our understanding and definitions of environmental security.
We'll be discussing new findings and weak signals of future trends that may change how we look at both security and the planet we live on.
We'll also be engaging with a wide range of voices, from young scholars and environmental activists, to security practitioners on the frontlines of environmental risks and workers trying to drive change in their institutions.
Most importantly, we'll be asking listeners to tell us their perspectives on the ideas that are featuring. What do you think is underrated or overrated? What do we need to see more or less of?
